December is always an exciting time at Immanuel UCC. We escape the cold weather by gathering for worship, decorating for Christmas, and enjoying our children’s annual Christmas program. In this busiest of all months, we take time to reflect on “the reason for the season,” namely, the birth of Jesus Christ and the excitement of what He has given to us.

If you’re looking for a church home, what better time than the Christmas season to see what we have to offer? Each Sunday during Advent, we light a candle to symbolize the arrival of Jesus. Our choir, always in top form, takes it up one more notch. And we all can’t help but smile a little broader during this exciting time.

Sunday, December 20, 10:45 a.m. will be "A Service of Lessons and Carols": Readings from Scripture alternating with beloved Christmas music, both old and new. You won't want to miss it!
