Continuing a long tradition, music is a vital part of Immanuel UCC. Our children's choir, Joyful Noise, provides opportunities for kids K-4th grade to sing, ring, and wiggle. For our youth, we offer RingOut!, beginning/intermediate handbell choir, and Righteous Rhythm, an advanced handbell choir. Our wonderful Chancel Choir sings a wide range of music, and provides leadership in Sunday morning worship services.
We have an amazingly active Youth Group. Every year we have two retreats (Spring and Fall), summer camp, a work trip, fundraisers, and lead worship on Youth Sunday. We also meet at least once a month for youth meetings that can be purely fun events like Kart Kountry or lock-ins, or we go out and serve the community. We do activities with the Kentuckiana Association of UCC churches and work with other churches in the Highlands. No matter what we do, we always have fun!

Christian Living Class

We believe we can always learn more about our God, our beliefs, and our world through the eyes of faith, and others' beliefs. We respect one another, even if we do not exactly agree with one another. We try to make sure there is something for everyone to enable them to grow closer to God. We have classes from Pre-K through adults. Along with Sunday School and VBS we also do fun fellowship events like our intergenerational annual Wii bowling tournament and our famous haunted tunnel or trunk or treat.
