Our Core Values
Immanuel UCC is united in:
Community – In all that we do we provide a safe, encouraging environment in which we embrace and value all persons as they are and as they strive to be, and share Christ’s warmth, joy, love and acceptance in times of need and celebration.
Discipling – In all that we do, through worship, music, study and prayer, we share the words and works of God with each other and those around us in order to strengthen individual faith and to make the world a better place.
Mission – In all that we do we are compelled to make sacred through Christ the gifts, talents and resources, individual and collective, of the congregation to assist others in hopes of improving their spiritual and physical lives.
Our Mission Statement
Immanuel UCC will carry Christ’s love to all as a healing, helping presence in the world.
Our Vision Statement
With complete trust in our still speaking God, Immanuel UCC will be one family under Christ in which all people are valued. Immanuel UCC will thrive as an extravagantly welcoming and inclusive, united and uniting community of faith that mirrors God’s love in our every endeavor.
We meet on Sunday mornings at 10:45 for a traditional worship service. All are welcome to join us in worship! We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of every month and holidays. Our nursery is avaiable for children under 6 on the first floor durign worship.
We have an Audio Loop the hearing impaired. (A hearing loop is a wire that circles a room and transmits a signal that is then picked up by the telecoil in the hearing aid or cochlear implant. To use a hearing loop, you flip on the t-switch)
